I have volume 1 from 2002, and it is wonderful! I’ve made several of the recipes and I’ve never been disappointed. I have to cut them in half because the ones I love make 4-10 quarts, but if I had a family or large freezer I would make the whole recipe. (Some recipes make a smaller amount.)
